A place of prayer

We are all in this together.

Rebel and Run? Really!

“But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with perseverance.” Romans 8:25

Hope. Wait. Hope. Wait. Hope some more. Wait some more. Hope. Wait.

Many of us tend to speak our fears, we speak the thing we don’t want to happen, afraid that it will; hoping that it doesn’t; desperate for God to intervene.

Speaking our fears brings our fears to life and actually gives them power. Try and change the way you think by continuing to HOPE in the goodness of God. While the devil tries to rush us, we must be patient in the Lord’s promises. We must WAIT. God knows your fears. Satan also knows and it is his greatest glory to use them against you. Remember, he comes to steal. He comes to kill. He comes to destroy. If there is division and defiance, the devil is there.

The next time you are in a situation where you see no hope, stop. Rebel from your typical self. Run from your normal way. Think about how you want the situation to turn out and speak that. Seriously, what is the best case scenario? Speak that. Pray it into existence.

Heavenly Father,

You are an awesome God, and everything that is right and good is a gift straight from You. Forgive me for losing hope. Forgive me for losing my patience, Father. Forgive me of my sin and help me to persevere Lord. Help me to honor and glorify You. Help me to be a doer of Your word. Remove from me all spirits of hopelessness and impatience. Fill me with Your spirit of Wisdom and fill my mouth with Your words Lord. Give me eyes to see and ears to hear You Lord, keep me in perfect peace as I seek Your will. These trials are here to show me what I am capable of, not what I lack, give to me a heavenly perspective as I try again. It is Your face I seek Father, I seek Your kingdom and I rebuke Satan’s schemes. I bind him and his wicked ways and I give You total dominion over every area of my life. Thank you Father, Thank you for Your loving kindness. In the perfect and precious name of Jesus, I pray, Amen.

Proclaim Romans 8:25 and 8:28: I hope for what I do not see and I eagerly wait for it with perseverance. All things work together for my good because I love God and I am called according to His purpose.

Blessings: May the words of your mouth and the meditation of your heart be acceptable to God. May you hear His voice and obey. May you put God first in all you do and may you see, hear, and feel Him in everything everywhere in all ways. May your prayers to God Almighty be heard and be answered.
