21 Prayers for the nation; a prayer for strength.
“I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them.” Ezekiel 36:27
Heavenly Father,
I magnify You Lord, I exalt You in every way. I come to You this day in the name of Jesus and I ask You to please give me strength Lord. The world we live in is imperfect and flawed, and when I remember my evil ways and past deeds, I loathe myself. I have made wrong decisions Lord, and I take accountability for my wrong thoughts and my wrong deeds. I ask You to please forgive me Father. In the name of Jesus I cast out all spirits of avoidance, procrastination, blamelessness, self-pity, and irresponsibility. Your purpose for my life matters Lord, and I want to walk in Your will for my life. I have avoided turning to You with my whole heart in fear of facing myself, but I accept Your forgiveness and I walk this day in the light of Your love. I declare that by the blood of Jesus I am made clean and I no longer run from the truth but I run to it, I run to You God. I accept responsibility for my actions and ask You to please deliver me from the yoke of rebellion. Cause me this day to hear Your voice and give me the strength to obey. Help me do the right thing Lord, not for my sake; but for Yours. I run to You, my strength, my rock; my refuge. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit Lord, and lead me in the paths of righteousness. In the name of Jesus I pray, Amen.
Proclaim Psalm 119:39-40 and Jeremiah 31:3: Turn away my reproach which I dread, for Your judgements are good. Behold, I long for Your precepts, revive me in Your righteousness. You love me with everlasting love Lord, and with lovingkindness, You draw me near.
Blessings: May the Lord, God Almighty, prepare a table before you in the presence of your enemies. May He anoint your head with oil and may your cup run over. May goodness and mercy follow you all the days of your life and may you dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
“A posterity shall serve Him. It will be recounted of the Lord to the next generation, they will come and declare His righteousness to a people who will be born, that He has done this.” Psalm 22:30-31
