A prayer for Law enforcement

🇺🇸

“Render therefore to all their due: taxes to whom taxes are due, customs to whom customs, fear to whom fear, honor to whom honor” Romans 13:7

Heavenly Father,

You are a good, good Father and I thank you for every single person who works in Law Enforcement. I thank you for these great men and women who serve and protect, for without them lawlessness and sin would abound. Thank You for blessing our community with strong men and women of valor and for giving us law enforcement officers that see and hear Your voice. Thank you for the selflessness and the courage they exhibit by serving this community in ways others cannot begin to understand. Your word states that righteousness exalts a nation and that sin is a reproach to any people, and I praise You for appointing each one of these officers and employees to establish law and order in our streets. Help them continue to be pillars of the community and to intervene when sin abounds. Help them as they strive to help others when we cannot help ourselves. Lead them and guide them and help them remain strong in their values. Father, I lift up the entire law enforcement community both near and far and I ask You in the name of Jesus Christ to go before them this day and make all their paths straight. Be with them everywhere they go and bless all those who love You. Protect them as they serve You Lord. In the precious name of Jesus Christ, I pray; Amen.

Proclaim Romans 13:1: I am subject to governing authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God.

Blessings: May the Lord bless all Law Enforcement officers and employees and keep them. May He make His face shine upon them and be gracious to them. May He lift up His countenance upon them and give them peace.

“For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.” Ephesians 2:10
