A place of prayer

We are all in this together.

A prayer for Justice. Prayer 3 of 21.

21 Prayers for the nation; a prayer for justice.

“Thus says the Lord: “Keep justice, and do righteousness, for My salvation is about to come, and My righteousness to be revealed. Blessed is the man who does this, and the son of man who lays hold on it; who keeps from defiling the Sabbath, and keeps his hand from doing any evil.” Isaiah 56:1-2

Heavenly Father,

You are the Lord God of Israel, who gathers the outcasts. You, my Lord are the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob and You are my God. The Creator of the heavens and the earth; I hallow Your name. Father, the truth is we have been deceived by the wiles of the wicked one; leading us farther away from you in hopes to fill a void in our lives that only You can fill. You love justice and righteousness Father and I pray for justice in and across America. I cast off the spirits of injustice, disgrace, distrust, dishonesty and shame in the name of Jesus. I declare that we are a nation built on justice, grace, trust and honesty. Take Your great power and reign and make all the wrong things right. Deliver us out of the hands of wickedness and of the hands of the unrighteous and cruel men. Increase our greatness Lord, and comfort us on every side as we seek Your righteousness, your peace, and your joy in the Holy Spirit. Truly God, You are good to Your people; to those who are pure in heart. Although we have stumbled; we repent and we turn to You and ask You to break the oppression from our land. Break the curse, and bless our land Lord; in the mighty name of Jesus I pray; Amen.

Proclaim Psalm 23:3, Luke 1:46-47 and Isaiah 55:12: You restore my soul and lead me in the paths of righteousness. I love Your judgements, Your statutes, and Your precepts. My soul magnifies You my Lord; my spirit rejoices in You, my God; my Savior. I shall go out with joy and be led out with peace.

Blessings: No weapon formed against you shall prosper. May you condemn every tongue which rises against you in judgement. May the Lord bless you and keep you. May He make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you. May He lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace.

“Therefore, the Lord will wait, that He may be gracious to you; and therefore He will be exalted, that He may have mercy on you. For the Lord is a God of justice; blessed are all those who wait for Him.” Isaiah 30:18
